A: We will process a payment via bank transfer, cheque, or another agreed method. Payment is typically completed within 3–5 working days. If possible, the Appraiser will either take the item with them or arrange a secure collection of the items at an agreed time with you.
A: Absolutely. Our appraisers are professional and discreet. We do not share your details or item information with third parties.
A: Yes, simply contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to rearrange.

A Padded Envelope to place your items in.

A: Use the provided materials to pack your items carefully, complete and sign the Referral Valuation Form, and place in the prepaid envelope. Then drop the parcel at your nearest Post Office or arrange a collection.
